Maria M. M. Santos and PhD student Elizabeth Lopes represented MOC at EFMC-ISMC 2022 in Nice, France. Elizabeth presented the latest results on the development of spiropyrazoline oxindoles as dual inhibitiors of p53-MDM2/X PPIs. She also attend the EFMC-YMCS where she presented her latest results on the design of new tryptophanol-derived oxazoloisoindolinones as reactivators of mut p53.
