Our Latest Review on Targeting Mutant p53 Is Now Published

We are pleased to announce the publication of our latest review article, "Drugging p53 mutants: Recent advances using small-molecule modulation strategies," in the European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry.

This review provides a comprehensive overview of the latest advances in targeting mutant p53 proteins through small-molecule modulation strategies. It explores the molecular mechanisms underlying these approaches, highlights key developments that have shaped the field, and discusses emerging opportunities for the development of more effective therapies targeting mutant p53.
